Now that you’ve chosen the degree to pursue and the university that offers it here at CUC, you’ll need to:

Pay online as part of the application process or drop off the $20 application fee (check or money order made out to the university offering the degree program to which you are applying) at CUC’s administrative offices, located on the second floor, 925 E. Have the following records sent directly from the relevant officials to your selected university’s admissions office listed above:
ο High school transcripts (or GED records: At https://ged.com, you can order an official document to be sent from GED to the university’s admissions office.)
ο ANY and ALL transcripts from universities or colleges you have previously attended
ο Your ACT or ACCUPLACER scores
Students born after 1956 are required to prove they have received 2 doses of MMR vaccination. [People who had their shots in South Dakota after 1971 can check with the SD Department of Health (605-773-3737) or their county health nurse for their records.] Bring or fax (605-773-3020) your MMR records to CUC.

Upon receiving notification of your acceptance, call CUC (605-773-2160) to arrange an office visit to register for classes and complete the New Student Checklist.
